Jogil & Ashley, Downtown Austin

Yesterday we ventured around downtown Austin to snap some photos of my sister and her boyfriend, Jogil. I never knew there were so many awesome spots to photograph here in Austin. We had so much fun walking down Congress Street, we even stopped at Big Top Candy Shop for ice cream cones and sodas. So many great photos of these lovebirds, below are a few of my favorites.

Wedding, Stephanie & Chris, Hyatt, Huntington Beach

Last Saturday I was lucky enough to assist Julie of Julie Irene Photography for my very first wedding. I have to admit I was a bit nervous as the day started, there was so much to take in. As the day progressed everything seemed to fall into place, the day was gorgeous, Stephanie and Chris looked amazing and all went smoothly. I really enjoyed helping Julie and I even got some shots of my own to share.



Engagement Session - Ariana & Michael, Downtown Disney

A few days ago I was asked to assist Julie Boucher of Julie Irene Photography, www.julieirene.com, and of course I jumped at the chance. Not only is she a dear friend of mine but an amazing photographer too. I love meeting new people and Ariana and Michael were such a delight. We spent the evening at Downtown Disney for their engagment session and got some great shots!

Royce Linden, 7 month session

Today celebrates our little guy's 7 month birthday. Every month that passes we like to do a mini session to capture the changes with his growth and in his personality; he's sitting on his own now [with a bit of help] so this photo shoot was so fun. He's such a happy baby and he brings our whole family so much joy. I thank God every day for blessing me with Royce Linden. I am a lucky Mama.

Summertime in Santa Monica

Saturday we took the family for a day of fun in the sun to the Santa Monica pier. Nothing says summer more than mango-lemmonade, ferris wheel rides and frozen yogurt. We had such a fun day out enjoying the weather and our time together. I wish every day could be Saturday...

Senior Session - Ashley, Costa Mesa Anti-Mall

My sister is visiting from Austin so we thought we'd take advantage of our time together and start her senior photos. We just loved The Lab / Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa, a great location for some cool urban shots and a fabulous place to people watch. We had such a fun day, taking photos, eating lunch, shopping and well... just being girls. Here are a few of my favorites.
